Nebuvex was incorporated in 518 HARRISON AVE UNIT 2019 LEADVILLE CO 80461, United States in 2023, founded by a team of veterans from traditional finance and blockchain technology sectors.

The company secured initial seed funding and began platform development in late 2023, with a focus on creating enterprise-grade infrastructure that meets the demanding requirements of both retail and institutional traders.
